I've not updated this in a while, partly because I'm lazy. In fact mostly for that reason.
Since the last update, I've been to Cadwell twice, been to my first race weekend (Snetterton) and been testing at Mallory. Also I've been trying to get my data off the car's logging system.
SO!
First things first, Cadwell Park. it was december I think and wet. and cold. and also wet and, ooh, life on mars is on. I'll finish this later.

Some Pictures
Here's a few more pictures to look at.
Under the bonnet: 919cc Honda Fireblade engine. It basically works fine as a unit, but the airbox had a nasty habit of popping the carbs off if you had a bump. Sorted that now though. That black and white tube is for the NACA duct (or knacker duct) At high speed it forces a lot more air into the engine, so you can have more power, this means that it's run "rich" at low speeds, as the carbs are set up for the high-end power. The good news means on a downchange it's possible to shoot flames out the exhaust!

This is fairly self-explanatory. Where I sit, rollbar, Digidash with a million functions. Though the only ones I care about are Gear and Revs.

This is russell bend (I think) I like this pic, shows the suspension nice and loaded up. Yes, if I was much further from the apex I'd be back in Doncaster, but give me a break, it was my first time!

Timetable
No real news as yet, I've been moving house, and with Christmas before that I've hardly had the car out.
The fixtures for next year are in though, I doubt I'll be at all the races, but I plan to race these ones:
16th March, Snetterton
19th & 20th April, Brands Hatch
10th May, Cadwell Park
7th & 8th June, Anglesey
22nd June, Brands Hatch
6th July, Cadwell park
6th September Oulton park
Anyone's welcome to pop along and say Hi, judging from my experiences as a spectator it's about a tenner to get in for all day, there's a cafe and you can wander round the pits having a good old nosey at the cars.
Other RGB fixtures are:
20th July, Donnington
23rd August, Silverstone
12th October, Mallory
If I end up having do drop out of some races, these 3 will be the first to go as there's only one race per circuit, but hopefully I'll have a bit of extra cash and make it to one of them. (I'll just stop buying food and other silly things that aren't racing!)
